Pancetta Veneziana

I spent some time earlier today in Venice, Italy. As I was leaving, I decided to pick up some Italian delicacies at the airport to eat for dinner when I arrived in Brussels. And of course, two of the items were bacon related. There were actually quite a few options to choose from (God bless Italy), but I finally settled on the Prosciutto Crudo by Vismara and Speck di Asiago. What a great way to end a lovely day spent in a beautiful place such as Venice.

  • This is not fair. You ate today, AND you visited Venice? I did neither, stuck in my cube at work. You're definitely on to something with this bacon thing though. I'll be back for seconds!
