Bacon safari

This is a couple years old, but I just stumbled upon a great article over on the Food & Wine Magazine website about a trip that Grateful Palate owner Dan "Captain Bacon" Philips and Details Senior Editor Pete Wells took through Kentucky and Tennessee to explore some of the best small smokehouses.
