Chocolate Covered Bacon

I've posted on this blog before about the surprisingly amazing things that can be done with bacon for dessert (see here and here and here). However, I'm not so sure chocolate covered bacon falls into the same category. There aren't many instances in which I would turn down bacon, but this combo sounds a little too bold even for my palate. But props to Kevin for giving it a shot - he's a true pioneer!
