I had these delightful bites of deliciousness at the bacon dinner this past fall at the Melrose Hotel. I must get this recipe! Anybody have any suggestions on a recreation?

I think all he did was wrap slices of banana with bacon and roll them in some tempura batter before deep frying them. I know when he makes the tempura bacon that he doesn't cook the bacon before rolling it in the batter, so I assume the process for making the bananas is similar.
