If it takes adding bacon to bourbon to get me to drink, I am all for it.
Although I live in an ecclectic area, I have a feeling it will be difficult to obtain it locally. I really would prefer the non-Interwebs route.

Radley Balko on his theagitator.com website posted a recipe for this a while ago and after having tried it all I can say is that it is AWESOME.
http://www.theagitator.com/2008/08/16/how-to-baconify-your-bourbon/ is the link and includes a wonderful Old Fashioned that can be made with the bourbon. Good times.
