Yay, 4 seconds of my 15 minutes of fame are in this clip. It was a good time and the Bourbon Bacon Ice Cream was really that good.

the pork apple pie described there could probably be done with bacon in place of the salt pork. maybe add a little bit of salt to the bacon. probably about 2 regular strips sliced thin for a whole pie. i've made pork apple pie and its pretty good. that recipe has more salt pork though.
