Tomorrow's story in The Arizona Republic

And no, I did not eat that plate of bacon in the photo - it was fried the night before and had been sitting around at room temperature for some time. The photographer also sprayed canola oil on it to make it shine. It may look appetizing, but it definitely would not have tasted good!
